Anikka van Eyl
Annika van Eyl is a program coordinator of The Sustainable Food Systems Initiative (SFSI) and a Masters student of Urban and Regional Planning and Social Work at the University of Michigan. SFSI engages an interdisciplinary mix of students, faculty, and communities at local and global levels to learn from and build food systems that are health-promoting, economically viable, equitable, and ecologically sound. Besides, she serves as the Chair of the Planning & Zoning policy action team and holds the Planning seat for the Washtenaw County Food Policy Council, Michigan.
