Yocelyn Paz Delgado
Yocelyn Paz Delgado lives in one of the most dangerous slums in Lima, Peru. She studied at the social cooking school Pachacútec set up by top chef Gastón Acurio who believes that Peru’s gastro boom should offer opportunities for all. Yocelyn is one of the protagonists in the exhibition Future Cities. On Friday, June 21 she will participate in the Future Cities Grand Celebration night.
