Rogier Havelaar
Rogier Havelaar is general manager of City Logistics at PostNL and has been working on issues in the field of strategy, process, technology and behavior since 2010. In recent years, he has been involved in various initiatives in the field of Smart City concepts. In his position as Director City Logistics, he is responsible for issues that relate to the zero-emission delivery of mail and parcels in the city centers. He is a speaker on City-logistics during ‘Green Logistics’.
