Lea Pauw will be one of the designers speaking at the DDMP Emerging Talents: Breakfast Session.
Lea Pauw and Noelle As created a bag collection out of old paintings. By using digital programmes as Lectra Modaris and CLO 3D, it was possible to combine handcraft and history with the digital world. Lea: ‘Once you make a cut in the painting in real life you can’t go back, but in the digital programme there was space to experiment with this before making the actual product.’ Lea will tell us about different approaches tot the design stage and how we can produce efficiently with recycled materials.
