While his friend’s joined gangs, Carlos Alvarez decided to learn code. Now he’s one of the successful digital entrepreneurs in Latin America’s smartest city: Medellín, Colombia. For him, the internet was the gateway to the world and he believes that it can create equal opportunities and change his city. Carlos is one of the protagonists in the exhibition Future Cities. On Friday, June 21 he participates in the Future Cities: Grand Celebration night.
